Dnepropetrovsk is located on the greatest Ukrainian river Dnieper. It is possible to find a lot of picturesque places along river side in Dnepropetrovsk. There are several main beaches in Dnepropetrovsk.

Beach “Pobeda” is located on a sandy spit. There you can find several cafes and possibility to swim or to play beach games, or just to lie under the sun on the sand of the spit.

Another sandy spit of Dnepropetrovsk is named Krasnyi Kamen (Red stone). The name is give because of great deal of red stones and red sand of this beach. Not far from the beach there is an old open pit filled with water. There you can find a sport ground, a cafe. In summers a fountain is switched up in the centre of the open pit.

Beach Solnechnii is a part of the residential community Solnechnii. This beach is equipped with everything that is necessary for a beach and also there is a cafe.

Pridneprovskii you can find behind a green park. It is possible to take some rest on a beach after a walk along park’s alleys. Children playground and a cozy cafe will make your rest more pleasant.

Komsomolskii Beach is the best one in Dnepropetrovsk. The majority of townspeople prefer to spend their spare time at this beach.
