OSTRAYA MOGILA
The most interesting tourist objects in Lugansk region are nature monuments - unique cretaceous rocks Barani Lbi (the Mutton Foreheads) in urban-type settlement Novoaidari; Korolevskie ckali (Royal rocks) in Lugansk reserve; a memorial complex Molodaya Gvardiya (Young guard) in Krasnodon; manor of XVIII century in Aleksandrovsk; a complex of constructions of the Derkulsk horse-breeding centre of 1765 in the village Danilovtsi.
The memorial “Ostraya mogila” (Sharp tomb) is a memorial in Lugansk, devoted to the hardest fights during Civil war (1919), and to the victory in Great Patriotic war. During Civil war (the end of April, 1919), during hard fights against armies of general Denikin, people of Lugansk stood a live chine from a cartridge factory up to the Ostraya mogila handing cartridges to each other.
SAINT VLADIMIR CATHEDRAL
Saint Vladimir cathedral is for today the largest cult construction in the south-eastern Ukraine. The cathedral contains about 3 thousand parishioners. Constructed on a high open place, this beautiful majestic construction is visible from apart. It was solemnly consecrated on March, 19, 2006. The orthodox cathedral has been founded in 1993, and the ex-president of Ukraine Leonid Kuchma took part in laying of the first stone

LUGANSK PYRAMIDS
In Lugansk area have found the pyramids very similar Egyptian. Five thousand years ago in territory of Ukraine an advanced civilization existed - to such conclusion have come scientists who have found these giant pyramids near Lugansk. While only pyramid tops are dig out, but archeologists are sure, that there are at least two stone mountains which have been sanctuaries of the pagan god of the Sun. The archeological find was noticed more than two years ago by schoolboys from local camp of archeologists. Now the constructions draw attention of many of a scientific from all the world. They consider that careful studying of Lugansk pyramids will bring in essential corrective amendments to the European history.
LUGANSK REGIONAL ART MUSEUM
Lugansk regional art museum is located on one of the oldest streets of the city, in the former house of well-known family of industrialists Venederovichi, the house have been built in 1876, and have been reconstructed in the middle of XX century. Behind the walls of the museum is the collection that shows art culture of many countries and peoples. In funds of the museum is stored about eight thousand exhibits of domestic and foreign art of ÕV² - XX centuries among them about one and a half thousand of pictures, three hundred of sculptures, four and a half of thousand subjects of arts and crafts. LITERARY MUSEUM IN THE NAME OF DAL'
Vladimir Ivanovich Dal (1801 - 1872) was the Russian doctor, known as lexicographer and the author of “the Explanatory dictionary of alive great Russian language”. Literary museum is created In Lugansk - the Vladimir Dal’s native land, in memory of the outstanding personality of V.I.Dal. Scientific employees of a museum have managed to collect in full lifetime editions of literary works of V.I.Dal. The museum tells about personality of V.I.Dal in a context of an epoch, tells about contemporaries of Dal - A.S.Pushkin, Ò.Ã. Shevchenko, N.V.Gogole, N.I.Pirogove. LUGANSK REGIONAL STUDY OF LOCAL LORE MUSEUM
Lugansk regional study of local lore museum is collecting, careful storage, studying and exhibiting monuments of material and spiritual culture. In 1920 in Lugansk has been created two small museums - picturesque culture and natural - geographical which in 1922 were united in one museum. In 1976 under the project of Lugansk architect J.L.Gammershtejna the new building has been built for a museum. In 1978 the first exposition placed on the area more than 2 thousand of square meters where 10 thousand exhibits performed the nature and the history of the Lugansk region was open. Today the Lugansk regional study of local lore museum is a research, cultural - educational institution, the center of study of the local lore of the Lugansk region. For years of independence of Ukraine the museum on 80 % has updated the expositions. Every year the collective of a museum offer to the visitors a new thematic exposition, an exhibition or section. Today in halls of museum the exposition devoted to problems of ecology, preservation of the environment, a today's condition of flora and fauna of region are opened.
